Privacy Policy

From Avarithim (Identity Layer): Peeek inherits identity via Avarithim OAuth. We receive: your Ava Score (composite, reach, and engagement axes), signal archetype, behavioral trust score, platform tenure, verified phone and email status, dominant platform, and partner framework consent. Real email and phone number are only received if you have consented within Avarithim.

Platform Activity: RSVPs, ticket purchases, check-ins, event hosting activity, co-host assignments, and broadcast messages.

Payment Information: Peeek does not store full payment card data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store Stripe payment intent IDs, transfer IDs, and payout status only.

We use your information to:

• Operate the Platform and process ticket transactions
• Assign you to event tiers based on your Avarithim Ava Score
• Send event reminders and transactional SMS/email notifications
• Improve Door Forecast accuracy (with your consent — Platform Improvement toggle)
• Share attendance history with Avarithim (with your explicit consent — Avarithim Intelligence Network toggle)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and safety violations
• Comply with legal obligations including 1099-K tax reporting

Avarithim: Peeek and Avarithim are both divisions of Denali Labs. Data shared between them is governed by internal data handling policies; no Data Processing Agreement is required for internal transfers. Attendance history is shared with Avarithim only if you have enabled the Avarithim Intelligence Network toggle.

Stripe: Payment data is shared with Stripe solely to process transactions. Stripe’s privacy policy governs their use of that data.

Twilio / Resend: Phone numbers and email addresses are shared with these providers solely to deliver transactional notifications you have requested.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

At first login, Peeek presents two optional data consent toggles. Both default off and require explicit opt-in:

You retain full platform access regardless of your consent choices.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time from your account settings. Upon request, your data will be scheduled for purge within 30 days. Payment records required for tax compliance are retained per the 7-year retention schedule above.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage, role-based access controls, and TLS in transit. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
