This Privacy Policy explains how Peeek, Inc. collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Peeek platform (the "Service").
Peeek, Inc. ("Peeek," "we," "us," "our") is a Delaware corporation and a Denali Labs company. We operate the Peeek ticketing and event-discovery platform. Peeek is affiliated with Avarithim, Inc. ("Avarithim"), our identity-verification provider and a fellow Denali Labs company. This Policy applies to the Peeek Service; Avarithim's own services are governed by Avarithim's privacy policy.
(a) From Avarithim at sign-in. When you sign in with your verified Avarithim account, we receive confirmation of your verified identity, your Ava Score and axis scores, signal archetype, trust indicators, platform tenure, verified phone and email status, dominant platform, and profile photo. If you have consented within Avarithim, we also receive your email address, phone number, and city.
(b) Information you provide. Your name and display preferences, Instagram handle, city, events you create, your responses to hosts' RSVP questions, and photos you upload.
(c) Information generated by your activity. RSVPs, ticket purchases, check-ins, no-shows, attendance history and show rate, and waitlist activity.
(d) Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Peeek never stores your card number; we retain payment identifiers such as Stripe payment intent and transfer IDs and payout status.
(e) Device and log data. Basic technical and log information used for security and to operate the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your personal information for advertising.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA).
Categories we collect. In the past 12 months we have collected: identifiers (such as name, email, phone, and account identifiers); commercial information (tickets purchased and event activity); internet or other electronic network activity (device and log data); and inferences (such as scores and archetypes received from Avarithim). We collect these for the business purposes described in this Policy.
Your rights. You have the right to know the personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; the right to delete your personal information; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to exercise. To exercise your rights, email privacy@gopeeek.com. We will verify your identity before responding, typically by confirming information associated with your account. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may still verify your identity directly.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; upon request, your personal data is scheduled for purge within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal or tax purposes (see Data Retention). You can manage your consent toggles, opt out of non-critical SMS and email, and request a copy of your data from your settings or by contacting privacy@gopeeek.com.
By providing your phone number and opting in during onboarding, you consent to receive SMS messages from Peeek related to your account and events you register for, including RSVP confirmations, ticket delivery, waitlist updates, event reminders, and event changes. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-critical messages at any time in account settings, or stop all messages by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; the above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.
We protect your information using encryption in transit, access controls, verified-identity gating, and fraud monitoring. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it and close the account.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified in-app or by email. The effective date above indicates when this version took effect.
