Welcome to Peeek, a product of Denali Labs. By accessing or using Peeek (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any feature of Peeek, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Account and Identity

Access to Peeek requires a verified Avarithim account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to keep your credentials secure and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Peeek reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are associated with fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

3. Events and Hosting

Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information, the legality of their event, and compliance with all applicable local laws and venue requirements. Peeek is not a co-organizer and does not endorse any event.

Events marked 21+ are the host’s legal responsibility to enforce at the door. Peeek provides the platform tool only.

4. Tickets and Payments

Ticket prices are set by hosts. Peeek adds an 8% platform fee on top of the ticket price for the buyer. Hosts receive the base ticket price exactly, less applicable Stripe processing fees.

Payouts are processed 48 hours after event end via Stripe Express Connect. Peeek reserves the right to withhold payouts pending resolution of disputes or chargeback investigations.

Refund policies are set by hosts at event creation (full refund if 24+ hours before, or no refunds). Host cancellations trigger automatic full refunds regardless of policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Post fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading event information
Facilitate illegal transactions, drug sales, or human trafficking
Harass, threaten, or harm other users
Circumvent identity verification or account suspension
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with Platform infrastructure
Violate any applicable law or regulation

6. Trust and Safety

Events receiving 10 or more reports are automatically paused pending manual review. Confirmed fraudulent events will be cancelled with full attendee refunds and the host account suspended.

Avarithim account bans result in automatic Peeek suspension via our identity integration. Peeek-only bans permanently flag the associated Avarithim ID from creating new accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

9. Privacy

Your use of Peeek is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

Peeek reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
